Slimline Holiday Greetings Lawn Fawn

It’s time for GET CRACKING ON CHRISTMAS! Thanks to this wonderful monthly blog hop with Jenn Shurkus http://shurkus.com we can be ahead with Holiday card designs this year! Each month we are posting Christmas or Holiday cards with the hashtag #getcrackingonchristmas .

This month I jumped on the Slimline card idea featuring Lawn Fawn stamps and dies. I also used one of my favorite new stencils by Erin Lee Creative creating a very typical Alaskan scene with mountains in the background.

After creating my cloudy, mountain, lake and tree scene I chose my little mice on ice skaters to be doing pirouettes on the lake. I used images from Winter Village and also Snow Bunnies to form my inside scene.

Slimline cards are a fun new size that permits making a longer design area and in this case, kind of a tryptic sort of design. The Lawn Fawn dies make this so simple!
